01 / THE WORKFLOW

From recurring records
to a repeatable process.

Set up your mappings once. Bring the next month’s records into a workflow that makes the gaps visible.

CONSISTENT INPUTS

Your files.
A common language.

Reusable column, product, and account mappings turn recurring CSV and Excel files into a normalized ledger. Each accepted row retains its source reference.

Duplicate imports are checked. Changed records require an explicit correction.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOUR BUSINESS

Built around
your control.

01

Local-first, by design.

The reporting engine works with records on the customer’s machine. Your tax, customs, inventory, and transaction data belong in your control.

02

Calculations you can reproduce.

Exact decimal calculations and versioned reference rules make the same evidence produce the same results.

03

Software that prepares. You decide.

LeafLedger is being built as a self-service product. It prepares and validates; it does not certify facts or submit filings on your behalf.

03 / A FEW ANSWERS

Know what
to expect.

Can I use LeafLedger today?

LeafLedger is in development. The reporting engine is being tested against its production requirements. The desktop application and Windows installer are not available yet. Contact us to discuss your workflow or ask about availability.

Does LeafLedger submit my reports?

No. LeafLedger prepares and validates supported report drafts. The customer reviews the results and remains responsible for filing, signatures, and any required officer certification.

Is this a managed filing service?

No. LeafLedger is being built as software customers operate themselves, using their recurring business records. It is not a consulting or outsourced filing service.

What happens when information is missing?

The engine flags missing or inconsistent information for review. It does not guess product classes, transaction types, tax amounts, permit identities, or unit conversions. An explicit zero-activity declaration is treated differently from missing data.

Will my reporting data be uploaded here?

No. This website provides product information and a way to contact us. It does not accept transaction files or prepare filings. The product is designed to process reporting records locally on your computer.
